The sessions we have together are focused on goals so that we are always moving towards the change you want in your life. And we will agree actions in each session to break the overall goal in to smaller, more manageable parts. I will guide you through both the overall goal setting and the journey through each coaching session – all you need to bring at the start is a desire for change!

We start the session with a wild swim, in the English Channel, to help ground us. We then continue the coaching session on the beach with a hot cuppa!
