Start your journey with a complimentary 30-minute session where we discuss your goals and explore how I can support you. This initial consultation is designed to understand your needs and set a personalised plan .
Individual Session
This is a one off session to focus on an area that you need quick support with and urgent action is required. It consists of an assessment session so I can learn about you and then an hour (or 2) to find space to dig deep and work on your solution.

Direction 6
This package consists of 6 X 1 hour sessions. Each session is tailored to your requirements. The Direction 6 package includes an initial assessment session, followed by the 6 coaching sessions. It also includes action follow ups via email.
Direction 12
The direction 12 package offers the same as the Direction 6 package, however having 12 bespoke sessions means that the impact can be truly embedded and develop the change you want in your life.
Bespoke Packages
Following an initial conversation, we can work together to develop a bespoke package to suit your needs and time frame.
Supervision
These packages are built for school leaders, as well as other professions, that require regular supervision to perform at the optimum level.
